I started my journey to become a body worker ten years ago while living in Amsterdam. There I studied with Reiki Master Alida Bos for four years to become Reiki I and II certified. Inspired by a longing for the sunshine and to help my Golden Retriever Dakota (who has hip dysplasia) I moved back home to Florida for a year and half to attend human massage school. While a student of Central Florida School of Massage Therapy at night I worked at HipDog Canine Hydrotherapy during the day as the therapist and I compared and contrasted the anatomy of canines and humans. After graduation I continued at HipDog working intuitively to develop a canine rehabilitation program based on human massage modalities, including cranio sacral to help dogs who seizure. That year and half has turned into five years and I have expanded offering of therapy (both dry land and hydro therapy) to include house calls and pool safety class in conjunction with Veterinary Assistant and Reiki I certified Hart Campbell. This year, I purchased a home in Altamonte Springs with a therapy room and property for a therapy pool.
